I allready solved it

i used a dedicated esp just for measuring temp and connected the power supply to the pump relay. When the pump goes on esp is powered connects to network and sends data every 10seconds. when the pump is off esp goes off.

Uploaded r52 2 esp's remain stable now for 17 hrs without any sensor attached. 2 esp's only have a ds18b20 and they don't run stable. Both give same error.
