Re: TSL2561 overexposed ?

Thank you all. @budman1758 This is not the issue. I have the same result with one lux sensor @oa16 No sure that it's a firmware issue. I did the same test with an official Fibaro Lux sensor (FGMS-001). And I have exactly the same behaviour. So I think that when the sensor is fully exposed to the sun...

Wires are very short, no more than 8 cm, for the moment I'm just doing test

Re: Wemos D1 mini and DS18B20 - too slow sending data?

Yes nothing in the wiki. If it's empty or 0 the deep sleep is disabled. 15s should be enough. I tried 10 and it was good too. 8 was not enough. According sensors you are using, you should test by decreasing sleep awake time value to find the best which is the little one to avoid too much battery dra...

Re: Wemos D1 mini and DS18B20 - too slow sending data?

Thank you for all this clear explanations :)

I talk about the "Sleep awake time" which should be the time the device stays on before next sleeping (Sleep time).

Re: Wemos D1 mini and DS18B20 - too slow sending data?

I searching and testing solution to measure sun radiation. The goal is to control shutters of my house. I'm currently testing lux sensor which seems not to be the best solution. I had a look to the web page you linked to your post. Unfortunately, I can't read german and google traduction is not alwa...

TSL2561 overexposed ?

Hi. I use a TSL2561 to measure outside lux value. The probe could be oriented directly to the sun. With a lot of sun and absolutely no cloud, the lux value drop down from ~32K to very low value and then starts increase again. I don't know if the problem comes from the probe which is saturated or fro...

Re: Inconsistent Pulse device

Thank you for your help. It was not designed to be a switch, but using the switch setting with ESPeasy gives very good result. I don't think it's a all sensor, I have joined the picture of the sensor, it seems to be an ILS switch. If the sensor goes backwards, I see it on the mechanical meter and th...

Re: Inconsistent Pulse device

I tried different debounce time. I found that the best one depends on the rate of flow of the water. For exemple at constant high rate of flow, 1 second debounce time give exactly the same amount of liter than the water meter. But if I reduce the rate of flow, the number of liter increases abnormally.

Re: Inconsistent Pulse device

Everything is explained in my first post, please tell me what is missing.
By switch method, I mean using switch device and dummy device to calculate the amount of liter

Re: Inconsistent Pulse device

I did other longer tests. The result is still the same, the Pulse counter is less accurate compare to the switch method which is identical as the mechanic counter of the water meter.
For sure, there is something wrong with the pulse counter.

Re: Inconsistent Pulse device

I set interval to 120s.
I tested during 90s, both Total were almost the same. Wait until 150s, Total of Pule device was not set to 0, start over a new test to 41 liter.

Inconsistent Pulse device

Hi. I would like to measure the water consumption using this water meter https://ibb.co/myzmro This water meter has a built-in ILS switch which is ON during the first half water liter and OFF during the last half water liter. https://ibb.co/hOh6ro I use a mini D1 running ESP_Easy_mega-20180708_norma...
