The problem is that the switch needs to be defined as a scenecontroller to control scenes in domoticz.

Use ESP to execute code on tiny85?
I have some tiny85's and some LED strips laying around.
Can i use ESPeasy to execute commands/code on the tiny85? Iwant to use the FASTled library for my LEDstrips and i need a way to remote controll the different effects.

Re: ESP Easy Releases
As some users seem to struggle with compiling and such, i've decided to launch a new downloadable stable build (R108) to close the gap between existing R78. The rules feature seems stable and is no longer labeled "experimental". Most recent versions have been running smooth in my own home...

Where is the project going?
First i want to say thank you to the developers and contributors to the ESPeasy! This is not a complaint! :) Where is this project heading? I started to use ESPeasy at R78, and this is still the version that is presented for download in the wiki. It seems to me that this project is going in to a eve...

If you use a controller like domoticz you can set the gpio as a switch and make the on/off action on the controller execute the script.

Re: Feature Request collection/list
Why not use an older rasperry if ethernet connection is essential? That would be the most bulky solution yet xD An raspberry Pi uses a lot more power. An raspberry Pi needs an OS (which should be kept up to date). An raspberry Pi is quite big for embedded solutions. An raspberry Pi is not easily mo...

ETHERNET all-in-one connector. I'm dying to get an ESP8266 but with ethernet connection. Please make it an all-in-one type with magnetics and RJ-45 jack (and PHY and MAC nonsense). The WiFi version isn't going to cut it for a lot of projects. Personally, I would pay €40+ for such an device. (Given ...

When i try to add a PIR as normal switch the ESP sends on/off state every second. Even if i put the sensor in a small box (with no movement) it toggles between on and off. Is it any settings i can adjust or is my PIR broken? And the timer settings on the PIR itself. Is this for "When motion is ...

Re: Use capsense on ESPeasy?
The touch module i spoke of in the first post works fine as a normal switch in espeasy. But any ideas on how to make the homemade versions work?
Im not a programmer so maybe i dont see the whole picture but the capacitive touch is only the ability to read a change on the pin in use.

Same here. I have an AM2320, which runs fine with an Arduino. No results with ESP8266 (nan), Strange, a DHT11 is running fine with the ESP8266. Are you shure that you have connected the right gpio? The pinnumber is not the same as the gpio number (on nodemcu v1 d7 pin is not gpio 7 but 13). I got t...

Re: DS18B20 Reading 0c
Thank you for your reply.
I have the 4k7 resistor between VCC and Data and i have confirmed the correct idx since the ESP is sending and domoticz is receiving the zero degree reading.
I will try to use the sensor on an arduino later to check if the problem is the sensor or the esp/espeasy.
