remote control OTIO

Hi,
first, sorry for my English,
i use RFlink Loader.exe version 1.09;
i had tested my Gateway with 10;PING; and Gateway respond 20;99;PONG;
i use remote control (otio 95131-P002) to switch on/off electrical module (otio 95132-P003);
it works when i use the remote control;
but it's dont work when i use RFlink Loader:

when i push the button of remote controlt to switch on:
sometimes i have:
20;80;AB400D;ID=4d;SWITCH=2;CMD=OFF;
and sometimes i have:
20;7F;TriState;ID=0a0a2a;SWITCH=0;CMD=ON;

when i push the same button of remote controlt to switch off:
sometimes i have:
20;8E;AB400D;ID=4d;SWITCH=2;CMD=OFF;
or
20;A0;TriState;ID=0a0a2a;SWITCH=2;CMD=OFF;

in RFloader, i send:
10;AB400D;4d;2;OFF;
or
10;AB400D;4d;2;ON;
or;
10;TriState;0a0a2a;ON;
or
10;TriState;0a0a2a;OFF;
but all this commands don't works;

could you help me ?
