unmanaged entrance gate

Hello,
I have an entrance gate (don't know the band) which is controlled by a 433Mhz. I ordered some generic learning remote on eBay to duplicate my remote and it worked perfectly.
I recently attempted to control my gate using domoticz/rflink but my remote is not recognized.
I wonder if it is possible to add it in rflink software.
