SIPLEC remote plug

Hi,

Just to tell you, my remote plugs from SIPLEC are supported as tristate protocol.
I have 1 remote (6 buttons on/off ) and 3 plugs
You could add this brand to the supported device list.


Edit: I also have a weather station from SIPLEC (model LEC155) but not supported yet.

Added the switch set to the list, adding the weather station should be fairly easy.
Just get a debug log with matching values.
