1 <> 1.00 (v2.0.0-dev10)

#1 Post by danmero » 01 Nov 2017, 23:15

If I test

Code: Select all

If [dev#port1]=1
  "do something"
EndIf
fail since the dev#port1(Switch input - PCF8574) return 1.00 and there are no way to set the decimal count on config page, see attached image. Use to work on previous versions (AFAIK)

Is this normal behavior for 2.0 version?

I would suspect that both "1" and "1.00" would work so I consider that being a bug.

Seems like a bug in the I2C expander plugin.

However, you should be able to workaround in rules, pending a fix of the plugin.

On dev#port>0.5 do
....

On dev#port>0.5 do

....

not very elegant, but should work time beeing
