How to deactivate values of a multisensor?

Hi, i'm a newbie and really used the searchbar. I'm not a native speaker and can only try my best to explain my thoughts..

STATUS:
I try to send values from several sensors to ThingSpeak and it works very well.

Yesterday i figure out the "idx+1"-Rule and can assign the values of my devices to the thingsspeaks channel-fields with fun.

THE PROBLEM:
I dont need several values from my sensors (for example: the air-pressure-value of the bme280 is useless for me in the house:)

QUESTION:
Is it possible to make a preselection for the "needed" values or can i disable useless values before shipment to thingspeak?
