ESP8266 table on webpage read and write its data to webpage

Hi All

I have a table on my esp8266. I am able to add and remove rows from it, is it possible to read and write its content to a file on SPIFFS (almost database like except its a file) ?

I am able to read , append and write to a file on spiffs , but how can I LINK the operations on the the table like remove row, add row , update row from the webpage ?

My data from table is and can be saved to lines in a file and looks like this :
Mortor1, date, time, status, on
Mortor2, date, time, status, on

And I am currently just appending to a file on spiffs which is called datalog.txt

If some kind soul could shed some light here and/or point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
