No Values after a few hours

I built, as a test, 2 sensors
- one with 2 DS18B20
- one with 1 x DHT22, 1 x Sitch (Motion Detector)

I´m using PiDome MQTT as the interface, but i don´t use PiDome Software, only Mosquitto as Broker

After a few hours both sensors stop sending values
They are still reachable by Web Interface, if i force a reboot, Values are sent again
In the log window, when sending no Values, i also don´t see the values / sensors

Any suggestions to solve this ? what are the available log levels ?

I think loglevel 4 will show everything.
I had the same problem with domoticz MQTT so went back to HTTP.
I thought it was just me as it was the first time i had used MQTT.
Also when i switched back to HTTP it bricked the ESP so i had to re flash it from scratch.

My module running R43 with OpenHAB MQTT have been connected to my mosquitto broker for days
