PCA 9685

#1 Post by rieders » 13 May 2018, 09:21

Hello

I have a problem with the PCA 9685 module.
The module is recognized in the I2C list under the address 0x40.
When I try to control a port nothing happens.
I have it with http: // http: //192.168.1.157/control? Cmd = pcapwm, 1.4095
tries.
Or under the menu tool the comand pcapwm, 2.4095.
Nothing happened there.

I would be happy if I could control LED's.

Best regards
Andre

Checked your syntax?

https://www.letscontrolit.com/wiki/index.php/PCA9685
PCAPWM,<pin>,<value>
Comma between <pin>,<value>
Leave out spaces?
30+ ESP units for production and test. Ranging from control of heating equipment, flow sensing, floor temp sensing, energy calculation, floor thermostat, water usage, to an interactive "fun box" for my grandson. Mainly Wemos D1.

Hello

I've got it now.
I have set the comma there had not happened yet.
Then I connected the LED GNG to PWM and V + to V + connected then it went.
Before, I had V + (LED) to PWM (board) and GND (LED) to GND (board).

Now I have to "only" still FHEM to bring the slider to control the LED.

Thanks for your help

André
