Support for AMG8833 aka Grid-eye?

I tried looking around but didn't see any topics related
is there anyone out there using a AMG8833?
I'm still fighting with reliable presence detection and this thing though expensive looks like it would actually work. And for that I wouldn't mind paying...for something that actually works.
