ThingSpeak - Switch Status not updating continuously

Hi All

I finally got my ESPEasy to talk to ThingSpeak.
I have two items connected to ThingSpeak, idx1 - sysuptime and idx2 - Switch input.
The issue i have, and i can see it on the serial debug it that the switch status is only updated when it changes state, either from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 0.
Is there a way for the switch status to be updated at the same interval as sysuptime - every 15 seconds or what ever Message Delay (ms): is set to and not only on change of state?
