Sonoff TH10/16 LED control

Hi,
I can control the LED on GPIO13 successfully on my original Sonoff.
On my shiny new TH10 the same command 'GPIO,13,0' (in Tools->Command) shows successful execution, but the LED does not turn on.
Any ideas?

If you look at the schematic, found in the wiki here https://www.itead.cc/wiki/images/3/39/S ... hmatic.pdf
GPIO13 / MTCK / PWM1 , the green LED will turn on with command GPIO,13,0. The LED has a series resistor of 1k. One explanation for this LED not turning on can be a reversed mounted LED or else another hardware fault.

I also thought it most likely a hardware fault, even although I bought the unit directly from Itead.
