Adafruit Feather Doing Manual Reboots

Running version 2.0.0 dev12 on a Huzzah Feather. The only thing I have configured is monitoring a switch on one GPIO. No rules enabled. Load is running at 100% and warm boot count is at 29 after 12 hours of running. Uptime is normally no longer that an hour or less then another manual reboot. I have tried several different power supplies with the same results. The latest power suppy is one of the 5.25 volt units from Adafruit to over come line loss. Any explanation for all of the manual reboot and the high load rating?
