can not connect to ESP_01 AP

Hi
I flashed ESP-01S device with R147.

flash worked .

after rebooting AP ESP_01 appeard.

But connectings keep get disconnecting.

Only once I could see config setup menue at 192.168.4.1

anyone having an idea how to stabilize this?
