so this is a realllllly dumb question. That I am completely blanking on.
like 5-6 months ago I saw someone release a new piece of software for esp8266 specifically to save battery in deep sleep.
Since it takes a long time to get an ip, turn on wifi, send data , the software had an always on master node and when the others wake up, it quickly connects to that master sends what it needs to then it goes back to sleep. The master takes that information forwards that information to the controller then reboots and waits for another piece of information from the slaves that are in deep sleep.
WHAT IS THAT SOFTWARE CALLED. .... i thought it was a branch off easyesp but i was looking through it and couldn't find any reference to it.
I would like to try that but i cant remember the name. Anybody able to help?
microesp? miniesp?
