Goodmorning,
I'm working on ESP8266 based wall switch and working on a precompiled binary.
We are making preparations for potential scale up of the wall switch and want to run the device on ESPEasy.
Since we want to make use of the rules function, I am wondering if it is possible to enable and add rules during the build process of the binary.
In other words we preferably don't want to add rules afterwards, and already include them in de precomplied binary.
On the other side we don't want to hardcode rules, making it impossible the change them afterwards.
Any suggestions are welcome!!
Many thnks in advance.

Re: Pree-defining local rules ijn ESPEasy during compiling binary
As of current implementation they need to be stored locally and uploading them is the only way possible. My Flasher does this but not in a production scale way.
ESP Easy Flasher [flash tool and wifi setup at flash time]
ESP Easy Webdumper [easy screendumping of your units]
ESP Easy Netscan [find units]

Many thanks. I wasn’t aware that the rules could be uploaded afterwards.
This does make sense. I totally overlooked this option.
