Port column in Device table and JSON

I have an option to change the formatting of the Port column in the Devices table:
1) for the DS18B20 UID plugin, add a zero leading for each byte
2) use capital letters for a-f
3) delete - or replace:
, instead of 28-a8-4d-27-0-0-80-9c, display 28A84D270000809C will show well on LCD 16x2
4) for I2C devices insert the device address into it (as in I2C scanner)
In addition, it would be good to enter a variable such as [Task1 # port] and output it to JSON
