Hi!
Given an ESP which has a task to display Wh of powermeasure device. This device-value keeps on growing. No reset possible. For that I want to sent the Wh value to a domoticz dummy P1 device. Then domoticz takes care for daily calc and create graphs. I like to do this with mqtt but can't find correct syntax.
Am I on right track or should I update a uservar in domoticz with the Wh value and then via script update the P1 dummy device?
Thanks

Syntax MQTT for publishing data to domoticz for dummy P1 device.

Where does this value come from?
Is it some pulse count done by ESPEasy? Do you read some (k)Wh counter from some power meter?
What do you want to do with this Wh value? Show on a display? (k)Wh per day? per hour?

A friend compiled a bin file for the PZEM-016 but allthough this returns among others the Wh it's not possible to reset it to zero by the and of the day.
For that I want to use the P1 dummy device from domoticz.
But I just found the answer here https://piandmore.wordpress.com/2019/02 ... -domoticz/
So for me this might be considered closed.
