Motion detectors suggestion with battery alive message

I saw the list of motion detectors compatible with RFLink but do not know which one to buy. What do you recommend?
I would appreciate that the device periodically send the message that the battery is alive.
I tried the Marmitek MS90 and it seems to me valid.
There are cheaper alternatives?
