TASKS_MAX 20 or 32

Dear Sirs!
Is it safe to encrease TASKS_MAX to 20 or even to 32?
I've got a lot of 18b20 to controll, 8 relays by pcf8574 and i2c lcd. Controlling by domoticz.
The thing is, then I set TASKS_MAX to 20 or 32 I have some garbage in some fields of tasks...
