Buienradar BR-1800 / Fine Offset WH2300

I've tried it in the Dutch forum, but unfortunately I haven't got a reply lately.
I've got a Buienradar BR-1800 weatherstation (Fine Offset WH2300 originaly).
It works on the 868 frequency and transmits using FSK.
I've included the description of the datastream I got from Fine Offset.
Hopefully someone can put it to good use.
