Zebra blinds control

Hello guys,

I would like to share my result of motorize zebra blinds.

Mechanical and electrical +plugin.

That looks cool.
Do you also have a short video demonstrating it?

Based on the photo's I would say the PCB is rotating, but I guess that's not very likely???
And do you have more info on the "encoder" ?
I assume it Is the magnet and A3144 Hall-effect switch, but where is the magnet located?
Where is the limit switch located?

Is the used motor a quiet one, or are there better choices?

For sure PCB is not rotating.

Encoder has 7 magnets 1/8 x 1/16 and Hall effect sensor ‎AH3363Q

Limit switch located on the bottom of the case. See photo:
