Yes I forgot to power down the first unit and therefore the second unit got somehow mixed up and finally loosed the AP ESP-0.
I then installed ESPEASY on a new NodeMcu unit and got it work OK with a fixed IP. So now I have two nodes sending data to my Domoticz server running on a RasPI.

I have one espeasy node running on my WLAN with IP 10.0.0.3, Gateway 10.0.0.2, without any problem. But adding another node has not succeeded yet. ESP-0 AP appears OK and it can be connected at IP 192.168.4.1, but somehow configuring the new node is not possible. It looks like like the the existing ...

It is not in Settings, you have to edit /etc/init.d/domoticz.sh

I cannot find anywhere in Domoticz settings how to change HTTP port from default 8080.
Domoticz server running on Raspberry PI. At Espeasy side HTTP port is clearly in main Settings.
