I dont know what type of fan you have.

i posted my experience with Helios fan (room recuperator/heat exchanger). i tested also PC processor fan - they are also PWM controlled from motherboard.

I flashed shelly I4 with above mentioned bin file but after (seem so) successful flashing and reseting device does not establish WIFI AP.

tried multiple times but with no success. Any hints?

Hi, my Shelly i4 was delivered. i tried to setup it to deliver changes on inputs to local MQTT (mosquito) but no sucess.

I decided to flash it with ESPeasy - which precompiled BIN shall I use - is ESP_Easy_mega_20220328_normal_ESP32_4M316k-factory right one?

@TDer, thanks for hint. I see that new i4 device seems to be suitable (price around 4EUR/input). Ordered one to check.

@sartam, even-though I am able to build such circuit by my own I rather take a deeper look to the market if something suitable is already available off-the-shelf.

shutters are controlled by relay (one relay for UP, one for DOWN), motors are AC, motors have build in end switches.

Hi,

I followed instructions above and flashed ESP_Easy_mega_20210223_normal_ESP32_4M316k-factory.bin.

Seems that flashing went OK (similar responses as in instructions).

But after flashing I expected to find wifi network with SSID "ESP Easy" but nothing :(

I already see some options how to avoid this limitation (source node will in rules explicitly address destination node and set DummyDevice value on destination node based on value on source node)

I succeded by first removing existing device task for LUX sensor on sending side and then adding device task once again.
After that device task appeared also on remote end.
UDP port number was not changed - so port number have no impact.

TD-er, thanks for explanation.

Last time just reflashing version file didnt help. Then I tried to flash blank1M.bin first and then flash it with version file again and now it works. After reflashing I uploaded previous config.

forgot to add info - ESP version is 20201227.
resetFlashWriteCounter doesnt help.

I can repair problem only by reflashing ESP software on device.

I use same HW and i dont have such problems - it is also true that I dont use 433MHz devices in combination with Sonnof.

What about if you disable receiving 433MHz signals with connecting antenna to ground?
