Re: USB charger, & nightlight fitted with Wemos D1 Mini project
Thanks for that comment, this is now fixed with an obsolete card cut into shape. https://www.dijkerman.org/files/wallplug/IMG_20210224_120225.jpg Current version does not yet have the PIR mounted and is already crowded (no hole in this print), after I receive the ordered AM-312 that will be part of ...

An old topic but I found a way to revive it. Re: Design for power supply from source >12V
I am using a LM2940 for a LEDstrip module. It should be capable of input voltage until 26V.

Do make sure to add the recommended capacitors though otherwise it won't give you a stable 5V source.

I use this pluging during the holidays beginning with Halloween until after New yearsday. For Halloween I have it light my Jack-o'-lantern together with an mp3 player (dfplayer) and some relay's to actuate some scene's based on a press on my doorbell. I found some more info and a tear-down of these devices on a the German forum mikrocontroller.net . It seams that the OTA update with Tuya-convert has been disabled by Tuya with a new firmware and these devices would have the new update. Playing with these setting with an increment of 50 (0-250ms) made no difference until I tried a double double click. After some more checking a triple click does register already. Would this be a bug in the double click option with active on both high and low?

I just ordered a couple of Shelly devices, they should fit behind a normal switch. They can be flashed with ESP-Easy. This way your normal mechanical switch remains.

You are using an input plugin (switch) and are switching the output using the GPIO command. For GPIO commands there is no option to inverse the output, 1 is high and 0 is low.

You could disable sent to controller on the dummy device and use the publish commend in your rules. That way you make sure it is only sent after an update.

Voordeel van deze print is dat er ook andere zenders/ontvangers bijgeplaatst kunnen worden waaronder de cc2500 die voor de Ikea lampen (Ansluta) gebruikt kunnen worden.
