Re: New Itead based Wall Switch
I am not sure if it will fit in the round European wall sockets. These switches were designed for China. They have square holes. Most switches I saw for the EU market have a different form factor. They are round in the back, which means redesigned pcb most of the time. It's all based on this: https:...

Re: New Itead based Wall Switch
The back of this switch is square. I'm not sure if it would fit in the European round hole. I noticed other brands gave special eu cases and the seem slightly smaller.
As for a 1,2 or 3 gang. The process is the same and software can handle up to 4 switches as the little PCB has 4 In and 4 Out pins.

Re: New ESP gadget
Espurna not connecting sounds to me that the webpage stored as SPIFSS was not uploaded. Version until 1.7 needed that. Later versions use a different approach. Without the webpage you still can configure from e.g., a terminal. Read : https://bitbucket.org/xoseperez/espurna/wiki/WebInterface I have i...

Re: Sonoff LED
I just got one myself. Since the board already is prepared with RBG and the EPS8266 GPIO pins are attached do you think it is possible to use RGBW stripes with this controller with modified firmware?

Re: New Itead based Wall Switch
I got it on Taobao.com. The switch is not branded, but it came in a box from tantech. Http://tantech.taobao.com I didn't find them in EU format (round) yet. This one is "Chinese", so square. As to control it with ESPEasy: I am looking at the ser2net plugin to see if I can make a plugin to ...

Re: SONOFF TOUCH - Did you see it?
Yes, I did flash with ESPurna cause ESPEasy does not support the extra SIL F330 chip between the switch and relay and the serial port on the ESP8266ex. Maybe someone could write a plugin like the ser2net one to talk with the F330. However since it is a wall switch in the end, all I needed was a way ...

Re: New Itead based Wall Switch
I am glad I don't take "NO" as an answer ;) I managed to flash the devices with firmware called "ESPurna" from Tinkerman. (http://tinkerman.cat/tag/espurna/) Its basically the SonOFF Dual as suggested (support chip is SIL F330). I realise its not ESPEASY so I will not continue th...

The box is labelled Tantech: http://tantech.taobao.comxbmcnut wrote:Can you provide a link to the hardware?drbrains wrote:I found a 2 gang sonoff touch "look-a-like"
However, I got it from the Itead webstore on Taobao. Those are non-branded. I got them flashed and working (see my other post)

Re: New Itead based Wall Switch
Thank you Shardan for the reply.
I was looking at that little picture myself and was wondering what they were doing with the "other chip'.
Too bad. Guess I have to start making space in my walls to fit multiple SonOFF Touch (single gang), or hope they will make their own version.

Re: SONOFF TOUCH - Did you see it?
I found a 2 gang sonoff touch "look-a-like". It works the same with the ewelink app and it is based on the PSB-B04-GL. On the itead support site I can find the pin-out for this module. However I am not able to find the rx/tx pins to flash espeasy (or anything else) on it. I found this modu...
