Thank you, justblair For testing, I have connected 12V directly to the VCC of the FS1000A and it is not working. FS1000A was not destroyed as when I revert to original connection, it works again. So, I am not really sure what am I doing wrong here. Is it because of the ground? Or, is my FS1000A not ...
