I am still playing with it but i am having fun with... enough to share it here...!
So the wait will be worth it i guess. I got mine from BG but it took them 4 weeks.

esp32 m5stack
Just received my m5 stack, its around for a while and original was 8266 based but now contains a esp32 for a while. It is a nice developers board hooked on to to a small 320x240 lcd display ( no touch ), battery and a few buttons. Also all ports are available in the standard bottom stack with pinhea...

Re: Nextion display plugin
Thanks for clearifying, Well i guess i most cases loosing your serial doesnt hurt anything. Debug and commands can be send thru the webinterface. I agree on that its a pitty we cant have it working as intended within espeasy, as 90% of my esps run on it and it was my startpoint. It would be sweet to...

Re: Nextion display plugin
You could try ESP Pins 13 RDX2 and 15 TDX2, as these can be used for serial2 communication if i am right, thats how its declared in this mqtt firmware wich never missed a hit. As i described earlier i had the same issues but then this firmware communicates fine but isnt espeasy, so using gpio13 and ...

Re: P141 RGB Strip Plugin
Well this might be a dirty solution then. http://192.168.1.109/control?cmd=1Mode,4,400  Nah just kidding, But it might be something for future releases to fix this on espeasy level. As with more gpio's on the horizon, people will have more device connected and commands could easy overlap. Ill...

Beter use the name given to the task. That's already the convention for addressing the sensor values (e.g. [bedroom#temp] ) Not sure to cleary understand what you mean :?: (there are more commands than task values in this case) Instead of task number he means task name, like its used for rules and ...

Re: P141 RGB Strip Plugin
I think this should be a espeasy issue... As a plugin could be used twice on a esp. Like neopixel strips and 12v leds on one h801 Best would be like to address them on Task#. Something like http://192.168.1.109/control?cmd1=Mode,4,400 where cmd1 - cmd12 is one of the task# in the devices list, but t...

Well i am digging into your plugin just to understand what and how its working. Some how when the esp64 gets released i might write my own code :D . I did understand it as rgbw(w) and not as rgbw, but that's the way you read it i guess. The code is very clear written, at least for me as a non progra...

Re: P141 RGB Strip Plugin
Hmmz, issue found.... even after uploading thru serial it did not work. Seems 128k is the size for my 1024mb version. So it does compile fine on the arduino ide 1.8.5 as long you use the 2.0 version of espeasy. I did clean my libs and espeasy folder and copied the supplied ( esp easy v2) ones before...

There are a little bit efforts to spend to learn Platform I/O : When starting, it looks like a 747 cockpit, but once used to it you will soon definitively forget the Arduino IDE lol, well i did flight sims in the early days! Hi Martijn, Yeah they work fine! and Artnet loves them like me .. :D It really syncs up nice and make the hue disco look like kids stuff. I did not test the h801 with artnet, but did try it on the esp witty and the rgb led syncs up nice, so there is no reason why it would not work on the h801 or any...

Works fine...!
Just had to find out that the file name is device sensitive in my case its: script_device_rfid.lua
changed the device and values of a rfid tag name within the .lua and it runs.
This opens up doors

Re: IR recieve in Domoticz
Just a newbie guess : I think this is not going to work in blocky as the value is actually a text field and you cant make comparisons on text fields? I am having kind of the same problem here with the rfid reader PN532, tags come in fine in domoticz and they show up like : 324324223 If I make a bloc...
