Re: Wimos and FS300A
Just use a resistive divider to drop down the 5v output of the sensor to 3.3 volt. You can take 3 resistors of equal value, (between 1k and 5k each) connect the resistors in series from the sensor output to ground. You will have 1/3 of the output at the resistor closest to ground and 2/3 of the outp...

Re: Wimos and FS300A
The hall sensor needs a voltage between 4.5 and 20 volt to work properly. When powered with 5 volt it will give output pulses of 5 volt. That is not compatible with any ESP8266. You have to use a voltage divider or level converter between the yellow output pin to the FS300A and the ESP.

You have to look how the internal wiring of the ESP8266 chip with the flash-memory is done. On most boards the flashmemory, a 8 pin chip, is connected to 6 GPIO pins and Vcc+Gnd. 4 of these pins, GPIO 6,7,8,& 11 are the equivalent of the SPI-bus & ChipSelect and are absolutely nessecary for ...

Re: How to erase the NodeMCU from settings
Usually erasing the part in ESP memory where the settings are stored is enough.
To do that connect a short between the RX and the TX pin, repower or reset the ESP. Wait a while (minute or so) to let the erase process finish.
Disconnect and reconnect power and your old settings should be cleared.

And do not forget to include some capacitors very close to your ESP module.
