As seen in the photo I attached, the coin acceptor is not connected to the esp. When I press the trigger of the soldering gun next to the esp, the esp is triggered. I am about to go crazy.

It still feels like a GND issue, as when you only touch the coin input it will count, suggesting the voltage is changed enough to be detected as a pulse. Even if the wires of the coin acceptor are not connected to the esp, if I apply the above scenario, a trigger will occur. In other words, if I switch on the microwave when the money mechanism is not connected, a pulse is produced, so I don't think there is a problem with the money mechanisms.

Check your wiring, and GND to earth connection, as you seem to be injecting some external interference. Have you tried increasing the Debounce-time to a larger number? 200 mSec seems more appropriate to me. And adding a small capacitor across the pulse-counter input and GND, close to the ESP, might...

It is been long to activate my coin acceptor with relay project. I have a big issue at the Pulse counter. After two weeks of waiting, 0.8 Inch 7 Segment displays arrived. I want to share with all. Might be later somebody use. I soldered the new display as a prototype, don't mind the workmanship, I haven't done the final assembly yet. Please see the differences with orjinal TM1637 display modul.

If you use the reset to factory defaults with the WT32-ETH01 set, then the Ethernet will be configured for you. You can use any size of display, as long as it is supported by the plugin & hardware, and TM1637 is supported, so I see no issues here. The plugin is only concerned about the chip used, not the display connected to the chip ;) Should i change the display with common anode or common cathode one?

I think you should test on the exact count of 3 coins to start the timer, but where are you resetting that total? Currently it should start again when adding another coin ( >=3).
