The somfy control was fine, the problem was with RFlink.
I ended up solving it by upgrading home assistant and adding "inverted" to the configuration of the blind.

Ok,
So it seems that the remote is controlling the tilt function of this engine instead of the up/down function.

Is there any debug information that would help fix that? Really upsetting as it means that this won't work with these engines.

This sounds similar to my problem but afaik I don't have a tilt motor. It's pleated blinds with the 25 engine.
