You may find cables at http://www.usastore.revolectrix.com/Products_2/Cellpro-4s-Charge-Adapters_2/Cellpro-JST-PA-Battery-Pigtail-10-5-Position (takes around 3 weeks in non corona-virus days to come to France ;-).

I mean: if you give us a pointer (or at least the brand) to the device you're trying to work with, someone can tell you if he/she already tested it.
As of now, we only know that you've found a Wifi Smart Thermostat on eBay, where there's lot of them

Hi! You normally should see some new AP starting with ESPxxxx. Is this the case? You may also want to have minimum debug connecting to USB port with e terminal (either with Arduino IDE, Platform IO or any terminal like Putty). I'm pretty sure that knowing that's happen inside will help debug. Hope t...

May I suggest you doing it differently?
For example, sensor send the value to the server, and server sends back a command to the sensor (like relay on/off)?
We often do like this with automation systems

I solved it by sending to Domoticz current state of the device (on or off), and adding a small piece of LUA code that send a toggle command only if required state is different of current state. It’s interesting but probably there no way to send back the current state of the device to the Domoticz u...

You probably have to define TX to the pin number associated with your serial transmit somewhere in the header. Without checking (so I may be wrong), this could be due to the fact that RX, TX and probably other pins are defined by the PlatformIO environment, while they're not by Arduino IDE. It may b...

Not so sure to fully understand initial request, but I'll try to bring my 2 cents: As this is Domoticz, and it saves last time you wrote a value, I would suggest writting a small script that save last value, computes current value - last value/current time - last stored time to get the average consu...
