finally, I found the solution. it is very simple and silly problem.

because the reason is that wifi password was wrong.

I can access this sysinfo page after connecting AP of the ESP and inputting the IP address on website (192.168.4.1).

and I have set WiFi credentials. the main thing is that the notification which means disconnected network also has been appeared at that time.

but, the process can be done.

when I followed the youtube for flashing it on Wifi, there was a problem with network connection.
my laptop's network system doesn't have a problem as I check.
