Re: Htu21d your experience with accuracy

The datasheet says +-0.3 C. What are you using as a comparison? If you are using something that accurate, and calibrated is getting 2 to 3 C off I would wonder if you have a bad or not genuine sensor. Assuming you have it connected properly. The datasheet says it should have pull-up resistors on the...

Re: Reporting/measuring awake time in Sleep Mode

It depends on how accurate you want to get. You can use syslog and set the log level to the highest, 4 I think. That will be pretty accurate, but you will miss the initial boot before it poss anything. Probably less than 5 seconds. To get better accuracy I think you would need something external.

Re: Some help to measure the Li-Ion voltage of ESP-WROOM-02 with battery socket

Why on a separate ESP ?

If you use the same unit, you limit the number of time points, to only when it is running and not doing something else and you run the risk of the measurement process affecting the measurement.

Do you have syslog running on anything? You can also send the logs to syslog. That will at least tell you what the ESP is doing.

Re: Some help to measure the Li-Ion voltage of ESP-WROOM-02 with battery socket

You need a resister divider rather than just a resister. Google will give you several calculators. You probably want to figure a max of 4.5 to 5V = 1V then figure the multiplier and add that to the formula. That is an interesting board, where did you find it? To revise the above, try a resister divi...

Do you have a pull-up resistor on the i2c data pins? The esp does not provide unlimited power (ma) to those pins, you may be exceeding that power. You might also look to see if anyone has tried to test how many i2c devices it can reliably handle.

Easiest fix, use 2, with 2 INA219 each.

On the vibration sensor, I think you need a power supply with a shutdown pin and a timer circuit.
