If it is not the "+" version, no surprise. The gpio being 5v tolerant or not, the US needs 5v logic level to drive the speaker to send out a ping

The <fade-time> seems to be ignored for me?? For example; http://192.168.1.105/control?cmd=pwm,2,512 and http://192.168.1.105/control?cmd=pwm,2,512,10 both take the led up to half brightness instantaneously. Any suggestions? 10= 10msec, I doubt you can see the difference, try values from 1000=1 sec

To make it clear we are talking about 3 different delays here.:
1 delay in rules
2 delay of devices
3 general message delay (advanced tab)
The TO Needs to remove 1 from rules. 2 of the switch must be 0. 3 is advised to 100msec( I can confirm papperones positive experience)

Because up to R148, there is no controller tab, so only one can be put into config at all. Thats why I asked, I didn't really see the part about the positions . If you are already on Mega dev12 , then I can probably not help you.

If you have serial access then you could try to set the wrong wifi pw/ssid. It should return to ap mode after failing to connect. But what is that gonna help you? Given the battery operation, Shardans way is probably better. Also leaves the option to measure supply voltage once a day with analog, probably a good idea to get a warning notification before the juice runs out.

Just call an event from domoticz . Instead of "gpio,13,0" as command take "event,aus". It will trigger the event aus.same works within rules

Do you get any serial feedback when trying to reboot?
After flashing connect via arduino ide serial monitor.
I had the same problem with sonoff. When connected to serial it showed numbers running up and after a minute or so it booted into ap mode
