Hi,
I built my RFLink controller based on arduino - Robotdyn Mega 2560 PRO with RFLink v39-49 firmware. Tried Superheterodyne 3400 & Aurel Tranceiver (Somfy RTS) too. My point is to control Somfy RTS Blinds with Somfy Centralis Uno RTS receiver. Pairing of the controller was not an issue, but finally, it is more-less not possible correctly control blinds:
1. TX pulse is too short - blinds move just 10-15 cm (3-5 sec.)
2. If RTSLONGTX=ON, TX pulse is too long - blinds cant be stopped at the required position or to tilt them - giving timeout in acknowledge.
3. MY(STOP) command doesnt work for predefined (stored) position (command STOP sent in fully open/closed position)
All those issues present in control with RFLink loader or in Home Assistant (Rapsberry Pi).
I couldn't find anything helpful on internet to solve this issues. It looks like RFLink firmware incompatibility.

Centralis Uno is not listed and thus might not work..
In that case you need to check:

Re: Somfy Centralis Uno RTS
Yes, I know.
But my remotes are Somfy Telis RTS, which is listed. Therefore I supposed it should work.
