Let's Control It

Hi - I have an outdoor patio that has motorized louvers. RFLink does not recognize the remote signals.
I've added the debug log below - The four button presses are:

1. Open Louvre
2. Close Louvre
3. Switch light on
4. Switch light off

Not sure who makes the remote. On the back, it says Model:ZC11-01 RF Transmitter.
