RFLink, data collection, in Windows

#1 Post by dougroberson » 24 Jul 2018, 17:29

Good morning (or afternoon or evening) everyone!

Before I get too far in and start "reinventing the wheel," is anybody running an HA platform on Windows that allows them to save data collected from RFLink in one database or another, preferably SQL or MySQL?

I want to collect data from things, like my pool thermometer or the sensors from my weather stations, and store it in one of my databases.

The Windows part is key, as I've played around with running Home Assistant on a PI and realized that the time I spend going down that rabbit hole could be far better spent working on something that will work in Windows.

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Doug

Thanks, yes I did check Domoticz and I was able to receive data. However, the PC that I installed on died before I could get very far with it and I haven't had time to troubleshoot the problem or build a new one.
