Rflink not working at all

Hardware: RXB6 (08 version and 2.0), Robotdyn Mega 2560 Pro Mini

RXB6 connection: 5V, GND, DATA D19, DER 16

I tried with 2 different RXB6 moduls (rev 08 and 2.0).

Nothing is received. I have 433mhz radio controlled sockets with remote control and weather station sensors (Sencor SWS).
