RFLINK Loader Serial Monitor

Hi all, I've recently started using RFlink and have managed to automate my KAKU devices so far. Integrating my Somfy RTS devices has proven to be a bit more challenging (Domoticz can't operate EEPROM channel 0 as it starts at ch. 1, so I've discovered). During my testing, I've noticed I can only get the RFlink Loader serial monitor to operate after I've uploaded new firmware to my Arduino. If I don't perform this step first, the ON button of the serial monitor does nothing. Is this normal behaviour? Any way to make this easier/faster? Thanks for your help!
