OpenHAB MQTT option missing

#1 Post by dynamicdave » 20 Mar 2017, 19:00

Hi to all,
I've just tried updating some of my ESP8266-based nodes to V2.0.0-dev7 and discovered that the OpenHAB MQTT option is missing in the Controllers menu.

I've checked all the versions from V2.0.0-dev4 and they all seem to have OpenHAB missing.

Kind regards from David.

openhab mqtt is only available if it is the first controller, when multiple controllers are available, like in the newest mega builds... so nothing is missing :)

Hi Krikk,
Thanks for your response - which explains why I couldn't "see" it.

Cheers from David.

Hi Krikk,
So this means my ESP8266 can only "talk" to ONE OpenHAB MQTT server?

Was there a reason to limit the number to one?

Thanks again for all your help.

Regards, David

currently yes i think, only one mqtt server, but this is because not everything has been adapted to the new mega feature with multiple controllers...
