what type of buzzer were you thinking?
if its cheap buzzers I was thiknig of off ali all you would need is a relay and a buzzer
program it somehow if it crashes flip relay then it would turn on buzzer

It's a +and - buzzer only. I want to use my phone to activate the buzzer.
Is this hard to make? I can not code.

If I use a transistor with active buzzer then I won't need a relay right?

Transistor will do, something like a 2N2222 or a FET like 2N7000.
