MQTT not working with the sensor made with ESPeasy

#1 Post by jaka_smode » 07 Apr 2019, 13:59

Hello,
I'm new to the ESPeasy software, so I came here to seek help.
Recently I made a wireless sensor using NodeMCU and DHT22 with the ESPeasy software and now I can not successfully connect it via mqtt. i’m guessing there could be a error in the broker or in the espeasy configuration. Have been working on this problem for quite long time and I still haven’t found the solution. MQTT broker is on the OpenHAB and I want to trouble shot the problem. When I was observing the traffic I only got a status of the sensor and another member of a openhab forum which connected the sensor succesfully told me he got more messeges.

And here is my sensor setup

Thank you for all the help in advance.

You don't have the "send to controller" checked.
