mega-20190116 +oled +dht11 and ntp

Hello
I got mega-20190116 on my Nodemcu v3 and
I connect dth11 and have a lot NaN status "DHT : Checksum Error" sometimes I get reading but after that I have again error and Nan status.
I set ntp in advance setting but I got -1h on my time what exactly ntp server I should use ?
