DHT reading on LCD

#1 Post by kirelam » 09 May 2016, 18:37

Dear ESP'ers,

I'm using a rather simple setup with the following components.
-Wemos D1 Mini
-DHT22
-2 Channel Relay

Now i got the relay, the display and the Sensor to work fine, except i want the reading visable on the LCD as told on (http://www.esp8266.nu/index.php/LCDDisplay).
I can get the IP visable and any other text, except for the DHT readings.
I have tried the value: H: [DHT#Humidity]% T: [DHT#Temperature] C, where The value names are the same as those from the DHT sensor.

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

I think you need to have the same task name. Try using 'Temp/hum' like you have it named.

I think you have to call your sensor "DHT", since you referenced so in the display line

I was going to say the same thing. Use a simple name. Maybe the slash is messing it up.
