Send mail when ESP have ConnecFailures

Hi,

Doing some test, i save that my ESP some times have few ConnectFailures (i think that connect and discconect to mqtt broker).

Well i would like to know if there is any tool,plugin or rule that when device have these Connection Failures send me a mail...

I saw that when this happends, device publish to mqtt: /device_name/status "Connection Lost".
