What is the inputswitchstate rule?

#1 Post by Westcott » 26 Dec 2016, 19:32

Hi,
What are the parameters for the Rules command inputswitchstate,p1,p2 ?
The Wiki doesn't mention it, but I guess that p2 is the desired state.
Is there a definitive description of all Rules commands, and their parameters?

Hi,
That command change status of switch.
paramerer 1 is for task value and parameter 2 is for status eg.
inputswichstates,3,1
chanege status of switch in task 4 to status 1.
i don't know why but in my that command start counting tasks from zero not from one.
make new device type input swich and try yourself.

Thanks!
I had a look in the code but could not find where the Rules keywords are processed.
My next task is to find out what a 'task' is.

Yarysec, thanks!
Obvious now you show it.
And the tasks are all neatly numbered.
