Plugin as a sub-topic for ESPeasy forum

I really would think it is good to have a sub-topic for plugins. Especially plugins that are now part of the main branch. And possibly it would be good if the topics under there would reflect the name found on the playground, example "P121_Candle.ino". Today support and request and discussion regarding the plugins are scattered all over the forum and since the nomenclature of the topics are not set it is sometimes hard to find the discussion and many times new topics are started which adds more to the "scatterness".

Here's one thread that could be migrated and renamed.

I'm still wanting this. The plugin portfolio is getting bigger by the week and the general discussions are scattered all around.

-1 ... more subforums would mean that i see less on the first look, which would mean that i would simply not see a lot...
